NetWorker: Incomplete Policy Notifications for Parallel Save Stream Backups

Only Parallel Save Stream (PSS) backups are affected. Server Network Interface field is correctly set in the client instance.  One of the NICs on the backup server (not the one in SNI interface) is not reachable from the NW client.  That it is not reachable is by design.  NetWorker should be able to use only the interface defined in the Server Network Interface field for all operations.

The notification is incomplete.

A notification which should contain multiple save set details only actually contains one.

This is a bug in the NetWorker code which affects notifications in Parallel Save Stream backups.    Dell NetWorker Engineering are working on a fix for this issue under the internal reference:  NETWORKER-127096.
