NetWorker: SQL Always-On backup failing with RPC error

SQL Always on backup failed with RPC error. No communication issue between SQL nodes and backup server. From the logs backup is starting on node1 as Master node. And sending child job to node 2 but node2 is giving an RPC error. File system backup is successful on node2.

NMM SQL logs are having the following entries:

There is an issue with the failover-cluster owner.

1. In the Failover Cluster Manager snap-in, if the cluster that you want to configure is not displayed, in the console tree, right-click Failover Cluster Manager, click Manage a Cluster, and then select or specify the cluster that you want.
2. If the console tree is collapsed, expand the tree under the cluster that you want to configure.
3. Expand Services and Applications.
4. Right-click the service or application that you want to modify the failover settings for, and then click Properties.
5. To configure failback, on the General tab, change settings for preferred owners, then click the Failover tab and choose options under Failback.

6. To configure the number of times that the cluster service should attempt to restart or fail over a service or application in a given time period, click the Failover tab and specify values under Failover.
