The protection policy backup was unsuccessful because of an agent issue.

Review the error message for a resolution. If there is no resolution, and the issue persists, contact Dell Customer Support.

The protection policy configuration was unsuccessful because the Agent failed with the following error: Error encountered while retrieving information from the lockbox 'C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox\agents.clb' The Lockbox contains no entries.

重新命名 agent.clb 加密箱檔案，以重新建立內容。

1. 向出現症狀的 Microsoft 應用程式代理程式用戶端進行驗證。
2. 在 Windows 檔案總管中，瀏覽至加密箱目錄 (C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox).
3. 重新命名現有的 agents.clb 檔案至 agents.clb.old.
4. 重新啟動 Dell VM Direct Agent 使用服務主控台 （services.msc)。
5. 啟動 Microsoft 應用程式代理 SQL 代理備份以重新建立 agents.clb 加密箱內容。
