Symptoms

备份失败，并显示 "ExternalAPIException: Internal Server Error"

Cause

默认大小 WSMan:\localhost\MaxEnvelopeSizeKb 是 500（千字节），即 512,000 字节。

如果代理尝试通过 DDboost 比此更，将引发异常。

Resolution

访问托管具有失败备份的虚拟机的虚拟机管理程序。
检查 WSMan:\localhost\MaxEnvelopeSizeKb （使用 PowerShell 作为管理员）
