Symptoms
User deployed a customized AOS version 6.5.6. When they tried to reboot the virtual machine (CVM) with the below commands, the system stops responding and is unavailable after some commands are run.
It is about to 5-10 minutes later that the server reboots automatically, but both CPU1 and CPU2 have machine check errors.

Cause
AOS version is lower than version 6.7 which is not certified or the support version. Dell and Nutanix team do not support versions lower than 6.7.
Resolution
Deploy AOS version equal to 6.8 or 6.10. Only AOS 6.7, 6.8, and 6.10 can be deployed on XC760-24N but AOS version 6.7 is already End of Life (EOL).
