在執行更新 AWCC 應用程式的工作時，您可能會遇到排程失敗的情況。在 Alienware 或 G 系列筆記型電腦或桌上型電腦上，最新版本 AWCC 的更新安裝失敗。它不會自動將應用程式更新到可用的最新版本。

Cause

在版本 6.6.14.0 中，AWCC 的簽署憑證有所不同。Dell Technologies Inc. 為新的法定名稱。舊版 AWCC 會改用 Dell Inc.。

AWCC 版本 5.6.9.0 及更舊版本中的簽章檢查模組無法驗證 AWCC 版本 6.6.14.0 的新法定名稱。如果安裝程式無法確定簽名的有效性，安裝程式將停止。

Resolution

注意：您必須在裝置上擁有系統管理員權限，才能變更作業系統或更新任何軟體。
