Symptoms

NVP(NetWorker VMware Protection)를 사용하여 수행하는 Windows VM(Virtual Machine) FLR(File Level Recovery) 중에 FLR 마운트가 성공하지만 다음 오류가 나타납니다.

FLR 탐색 오류 FLR 타겟 VM의 "C:\Program Files (x86)\EMC\vProxy FLR Agent\logs\vflragentd\vflragentd-agent.log"에서 유사한 오류를 보고합니다.

Cause

마운트 작업 중에 .\Username을 사용하여 마운트 사용자를 지정했습니다.
 

참고: 사용 의도 .\username 도메인 사용자 계정 대신 로컬 사용자 계정으로 로그인합니다. 이 작업은 도메인 계정과 로컬 계정이 모두 있을 수 있는 사용자 이름을 구별하기 위해 수행할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어 "Administrator"입니다. 마운트 중에 사용되는 로직은 성공적인 사용자 로그인을 허용하지만 찾아보기 권한이 올바르게 적용되지 않습니다.

Resolution

C:\Program Files (x86)\EMC\vProxy FLR Agent\flr\mountpoints\의 FLR 마운트 포인트에서 필요한 파일/폴더를 복사할 수 있습니다.


NetWorker 복구 마법사를 사용하려면 현재 FLR 작업을 닫고 FLR을 재시작합니다. 사용자를 지정할 때 사용자 이름 앞에 .\를 입력하지 마십시오.
 

로컬 관리자 계정을 지정하려면 다음을 입력합니다. HOSTNAME\Administrator명령을 수행할 수 있는 충분한 공간이 있어야 합니다. 예:
