Symptoms
在 Ubuntu 20.04 中按 F12 键时，您可能会注意到 Inspiron 3891 启动菜单中有一个冗余的可启动设备。如图 1 所示，附加后缀 2（红色圆圈）的第二个项目是冗余设备。
如果您选择冗余引导设备，系统将不会引导至 Ubuntu OS。取而代之的是命令行界面，如图 2 所示。

Cause
生成出厂映像时会创建冗余设备。
Resolution
选择第一个进入 Ubuntu作系统的设备
当您选择了第二个设备并且系统位于命令行界面中时，按 Ctrl + Alt + Delete 以关闭系统，然后重新启动系统并选择第一个设备。
要永久关闭冗余设备，请使用链接 https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/osiso/recoverytool/linux 通过 OSRI 工具重新安装 Ubuntu OS。
