Symptoms

AWCC may not show the GPU Overview information in the Fusion tab. The issue occurs with AWCC versions 5.5.x or older. The issue was first noticed on the Alienware m15 R7 with NVIDIA RTX 3080 video card installed, but this configuration is not the only one that may see the issue.

Cause

This is due to the limitations within AWCC and certain configurations.

Resolution

Updating the AWCC version 6.2.7.0 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the AWCC, refer to the Driver Update Guide.
