Symptoms
A Journaling activity with the Supervisor Business Component Extensions (BCE) enabled is failing on a worker server.
You will observe the following errors in the SourceOne Event logs and the ExJBJournal.exe logs on that server:
Cannot create component: SupervisorBCE.CoSupervisorBCE. (0x86040xxx) [ExJBJournal.exe, ExJobUtil.cpp(103).CExBCEInfo::Init]
>Cannot create component: SupervisorBCE.CoSupervisorBCE. (0x86040xxx) Invalid class string (0x80040xxxx) [ExJBJournal.exe, ExJobUtil.cpp(103).CExBCEInfo::Init]

Cause
This issue is caused due to the Supervisor BCE component was not installed on the worker server showing the error.
Resolution
Install the Supervisor BCE component on the worker server on which the jobs are failing.
