PowerProtect：Data Manager NTP 配置未更新保护引擎和代理

Symptoms

PowerProtect：Data Manager NTP 配置未更新保护引擎和代理

Cause

要停用的 NTP 服务器，手动更新了 NTP 配置的 PowerProtect Data Manager 服务器，但未更新 NTP 服务器配置的保护引擎和代理主机。

Resolution

PowerProtect Data Manager 管理员以管理员身份手动登录每个代理主机，然后将其切换到 root，然后手动更新 /etc/ntp.conf & /usr/local/brs/puppet/modules/ecdm/files/ntpd/ntp.conf 。

重新启动 PowerProtect Data Manager > 以便重新加载变量。

Note: 
It's not recommended to manually change any hostname or IP address after the OVA is deployed. It becomes cumbersome if you are dealing with secure hidden password protected components such as Protection Engines etc
