Symptoms
Avamar SharePoint site restore with ItemPoint fails with below error:
"DELL EMC ItemPoint for Microsoft SharePoint Server is unable to restore a site collection to a site for this version of SharePoint"
Cause
This is an ItemPoint application limitation and has never been allowed in any version of SharePoint.
PSP does not allow copying an entire site collection into a subsite.

Resolution
Copy individual items and lists, but not the entire site collection.
