Cause

Syy on vastaamattomuus mod_nss.d Prosessi.

Resolution

1.Lopeta Apache:

service apache2 stop
 

2. Tarkista jäljellä olevat mod_nss.d-prosessit käyttämällä ps Komento:

ps -ef|grep mod_nss |grep -v grep
 

Jos lähtöä ei ole, prosesseja ei ole jäljellä - Siirry vaiheeseen 4.

Jos prosesseja on jäljellä, tulos on seuraavanlainen:

root      6671     1  0 16:28 ?        00:00:00 /usr/sbin/nss_pcache 15466514 off /etc/apache2/mod_nss.d
 

3. Lopeta jäljellä olevat prosessit ja toista vaihe 2 varmistaaksesi, että prosesseja ei ole jäljellä.

kill 6671
 

4. Aloita Apache:

service apache2 start
 
Huomautus: Apachen uudelleenkäynnistys ei riitä. Se on pysäytettävä ja sitten käynnistettävä.
