Het "mcserver.sh --status" geeft een webservicefout weer:

Cause

De oorzaak is een niet-reagerend mod_nss.d Proces.

Resolution

1. Stop Apache:

service apache2 stop
 

2. Controleer op eventuele resterende mod_nss.d-processen met behulp van de ps Opdracht:

ps -ef|grep mod_nss |grep -v grep
 

Als er geen uitvoer is, zijn er geen resterende processen - Ga naar stap 4.

Als er nog processen resteren, is de uitvoer als volgt:

root      6671     1  0 16:28 ?        00:00:00 /usr/sbin/nss_pcache 15466514 off /etc/apache2/mod_nss.d
 

3. Beëindig alle resterende processen en herhaal stap 2 om te controleren of er geen processen meer zijn.

Voorbeeld op basis van de bovenstaande voorbeelduitvoer:

kill 6671
 

4. Apache starten:

service apache2 start
 
Opmerking: Het is niet voldoende om Apache opnieuw te starten. Het moet worden gestopt en vervolgens worden gestart.
