Kunden får nedanstående felmeddelande i VPLEX-insamlingsloggarna trots att alla data är ifyllda i rapporter.

Felen gäller endast DISTRIBUTED-DEVICES & WITNESSES-CLUSTER.

Cause

I miljön där problemet observerades hade kunden lokal VPLEX."

Distribuerade enheter är volymer som är fördelade på två VPLEX-kluster, så dessa skulle vara för Metro- eller Geo-inställningar. Eftersom kunden använder lokal VPLEX har den inte dessa typer av volymer och därför kan de inte hittas.

Klustervittne är också en valfri komponent som oftast används i Metro- eller Geo-konfigurationer. Så om kunden inte har det förväntas Hittades inte.


Resolution

Följ stegen nedan för att ta bort felen från Samla in loggar.

Gå till platsen opt\APG\Collecting\Stream-Collector\emc-vplex\conf.
 
Kommentera ut data-distdevs-clstr1.xml och data-witness-cluster1.xml i filen "data-vplex-cluster1.xml" enligt nedan:
