Symptoms



Po nové instalaci řešení Watch4net nebo ViPR SRM strom reportů zobrazuje pouze uzel „My Reports“. Všechny ostatní řídicí panely a reporty se nezobrazují:

Cause

Modul Generic-Report byl během procesu instalace poškozen.

Resolution

Problém lze vyřešit aktualizací níže uvedeného modulu Generic-Reports:
  1. Přihlaste se k hostiteli Frontend pomocí SSH nebo RDP. 
  2. Spusťte příkaz module-manager, jak je uvedeno níže: 
Linux: /opt/APG/bin/manage-modules.sh update generic-reports Generic-Reports
Windows: "C:\Program Files\APG\bin\manage-modules.cmd" update generic-reports Generic-Reports
  1. Po zobrazení výzvy k aktualizaci souborů přijměte výchozí hodnoty. Příklad výstupu:
