Symptoms



Dopo una nuova installazione di Watch4net o ViPR SRM, l'albero dei report mostra solo il nodo "My Reports". Tutti gli altri dashboard e report non vengono visualizzati:

Cause

Il modulo Generic-Reports si è danneggiato durante il processo di installazione.

Resolution

Per risolvere il problema, aggiornare il modulo Generic-Reports come segue:
  1. Connettersi tramite SSH o RDP all'host front-end. 
  2. Eseguire il comando module-manager come riportato di seguito: 
Linux: /opt/APG/bin/manage-modules.sh update generic-reports Generic-Reports
Windows: "C:\Program Files\APG\bin\manage-modules.cmd" update generic-reports Generic-Reports
  1. Accettare i valori predefiniti quando viene richiesto di aggiornare i file. Output di esempio:

  1. Al termine, aggiornare la GUI front-end e verificare se i nuovi nodi sono visibili:
