Symptoms



När du har installerat SRM-filen för Watch4net eller ViPR visas endast noden Mina rapporter i rapportträdet. Övriga instrumentpaneler och rapporter visas inte:

Cause

Modulen Generic-Report var skadad under installationsprocessen.

Resolution

Om du vill lösa det här problemet uppdaterar du modulen Generic-Reports enligt följande:
  1. Använd SSH eller RDP till att få åtkomst till värden. 
  2. Kör kommandot ”module-manager” enligt följande: 
Linux: /opt/APG/bin/manage-modules.sh update generic-reports Generic-Reports
Windows: "C:\Program Files\APG\bin\manage-modules.cmd" update generic-reports Generic-Reports
  1. När en uppmaning om att uppdatera filerna visas använder du standardvärdena. Exempelutdata:
