Virtuální počítač s Windows se občas vypne.
Soubor Vmware.log, který se nachází ve složce vmfs/svazky na hostiteli, na kterém je spuštěný virtuální počítač, ukazuje, že vypnutí inicioval hostovaný operační systém.

Cause
Skript wlms služba pravidelně iniciuje vypnutí z důvodu neaktivovaného systému Windows.
Při pohledu na Prohlížeč událostí systému Windows na virtuálním počítači se zobrazí následující chyba:
Event ID 1074: The process C:\Windows\system32\wlms\wlms.exe (VM_NAME) has initiated the shutdown of computer VM_NAME on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: Other (Planned) Reason Code: 0x80000000 Shutdown Type: shutdown Comment: The license period for this installation of Windows has expired. The operating system is shutting down.
Resolution
Tento problém vyřeší aktivace virtuálního počítače s Windows pomocí platného kódu Product Key.
