Symptoms
Die Windows-VM wird zeitweise ausgeschaltet.
Die Vmware.log Datei, die sich in VMFS/Volumes auf dem Host befindet, auf dem die VM ausgeführt wird, zeigt, dass das Gastbetriebssystem das Ausschalten initiiert hat.
Protokolleinträge können in etwa wie folgt aussehen:

Cause
Die Spalte wlms Der Dienst initiiert in regelmäßigen Abständen ein Herunterfahren, da Windows nicht aktiviert wird.
Wenn Sie sich die Windows-Ereignisanzeige auf der VM ansehen, wird der folgende Fehler angezeigt:
Event ID 1074: The process C:\Windows\system32\wlms\wlms.exe (VM_NAME) has initiated the shutdown of computer VM_NAME on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: Other (Planned) Reason Code: 0x80000000 Shutdown Type: shutdown Comment: The license period for this installation of Windows has expired. The operating system is shutting down.
Resolution
Durch Aktivieren der Windows-VM mit einem gültigen Product Key wird dieses Problem behoben.
