Windows VMの電源が断続的にオフになる。
VMが実行されているホストのvmfs/volumesにあるVmware.logファイルは、ゲストOSが電源オフを開始したことを示しています。
ログ エントリーは次のようになります。

Cause
「 wlms Windowsがアクティブ化されていないため、サービスは定期的に電源オフを開始します。
VM上のWindowsイベント ビューアーを確認すると、次のエラーが表示されます。
Event ID 1074: The process C:\Windows\system32\wlms\wlms.exe (VM_NAME) has initiated the shutdown of computer VM_NAME on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: Other (Planned) Reason Code: 0x80000000 Shutdown Type: shutdown Comment: The license period for this installation of Windows has expired. The operating system is shutting down.
Resolution
有効なプロダクト キーを使用してWindows VMをライセンス認証すると、この問題は解決されます。
