Symptoms

Hyper-V 2016 RCT 备份可能会失败或完成，并显示类似于以下内容的异常错误：

avhypervvss Error <43426>: Checkpoint creation for Virtual machine 'DELLEMC1<VM GUID>' has failed and will be skipped from backup. For details, please check 'winclustersvc.log'.

Cause

跳过的虚拟机无法创建“应用程序一致”快照。应用程序一致性快照一致性级别是 Avamar Hyper-V VSS 数据集配置中的默认选项。其他原因包括 Integration Services 过时、VM 上的 VSS 编写器失败等。

 

Resolution

合并孤立的快照，并为应用程序一致性和崩溃一致性快照创建单独的数据集。

 

Additional Information

应用程序一致性备份 是 Avamar 中的默认 Hyper-V VSS 设置。

  • 来宾作系统的所有活动都会暂停
  • 如果支持特定应用程序，则可以暂停其 VSS 编写器（SQL Server 编写器、Microsoft Exchange 编写器等）
  • 快照已创建
  • 来宾作系统的活动已恢复
  • 应用程序的 VSS 编写器（SQL Server 编写器、Microsoft Exchange 编写器等）将恢复

对特定应用程序处理的支持取决于特定的 VM 环境设计;服务包级别、代理配置和版本、支持工具等也可能影响此情况。

崩溃一致性备份 不考虑虚拟机中的应用程序。
