Perform a health check on the VNX array using either options and replace any faulted hardware found from running health check.

Option 1 - Using Unisphere

1. Launch Unisphere and navigate to "System > Hardware > Storage Hardware".
2. Click on "+" next to "Fans" under Bus 0 Enclosure 0 to view the enclosure fan status.

Option 2 - Using USM (Unisphere Service Manager)

1. Launch USM and navigate to "Diagnostic".
2. Click on "Verify Storage System" to start health check.

Unisphere Service Manager (USM) can be downloaded from the support site from the VNX/VNXe Family product section.

Reason: Fan 0 Test2 Failure, Fan 1 Test2 Failure, Fan 2 Test2 Failure, Fan 3 Test2 Failure, Action: Re." is benign fault and only on VNX 2, this issue will be address in future VNX Block OE R33 code releases.
