Cause
Resolution
Perform a health check on the VNX array using either options and replace any faulted hardware found from running health check.
Option 1 - Using Unisphere
- Launch Unisphere and navigate to "System > Hardware > Storage Hardware".
- Click on "+" next to "Fans" under Bus 0 Enclosure 0 to view the enclosure fan status.
Option 2 - Using USM (Unisphere Service Manager)
- Launch USM and navigate to "Diagnostic".
- Click on "Verify Storage System" to start health check.
Unisphere Service Manager (USM) can be downloaded from the support site from the VNX/VNXe Family product section.

Reason: Fan 0 Test2 Failure, Fan 1 Test2 Failure, Fan 2 Test2 Failure, Fan 3 Test2 Failure, Action: Re." is benign fault and only on VNX 2, this issue will be address in future VNX Block OE R33 code releases.
