Symptoms

Ongelma: VSAN-välilehti puuttuu HTML5-työasemasta 4.7.x-versioon päivittämisen jälkeen (VCSA 6.7)

 

Cause

Hakemisto "com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000" saattaa puuttua kohdasta vsphere-client-serenity hakemisto.

 

Resolution

Voit ratkaista ongelman noudattamalla alla olevaa kiertotapaa:

  1. Muodosta SSH-yhteys vCenteriin, jota ongelma koskee
  2. Vaihda hakemistoon: /etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity
  3. Varmista, että hakemisto "com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000" puuttuu.
  4. Luo uusi hakemisto nimeltä "com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000"
  5. Muodosta SSH-yhteys toimivaan vCenteriin
  6. Varmista, että hakemisto "/etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity/com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000" on laitteessa.
  7. WinSCP:llä voit muodostaa yhteyden toimivaan vCenteriin ja kopioida "com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000" paikalliseen koneeseen.
  8. Kopioi tiedostot paikallisesta tietokoneesta juuri luotuun hakemistoon vCenterissä, jota ongelma koskee.
  9. Vaihda kaikkien tiedostojen ja alihakemistojen omistajaksi suorittamalla seuraava komento vCenterissä, jota asia koskee: "vsphere-ui users" - Etsi /etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity/com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000 
    xargs chown vsphere-ui:users
  10. Jos VCHA on käytössä, aseta se huoltotilaan vikasietotilan estämiseksi.
  11. Käynnistä uudelleen vCenter-virtuaalikone, jota ongelma koskee, ja odota, että laajennukset latautuvat.
  12. Varmista, että vSphere-asiakasohjelmassa on VSANin laajennusvälilehti.
