問題：升級到 4.7.x 版本 （VCSA 6.7） 後，HTML5 用戶端中遺失 VSAN 標籤

 

Cause

目錄”com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000」中可能缺少 vsphere-client-serenity 目錄。

 

Resolution

若要解決此問題，請遵循下列因應措施：

  1. SSH 至受影響的 vCenter
  2. 變更至目錄： /etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity
  3. 確認目錄「com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000“不見了。
  4. 建立一個名為「com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000」
  5. SSH 至運作中的 vCenter
  6. 確認目錄「/etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity/com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000“出現在設備上。
  7. 使用 WinSCP 連線至運作中的 vCenter，並複製「com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000“到本地計算機。
  8. 將檔案從近端機器複製到受影響 vCenter 上新建立的目錄。
  9. 在受影響的 vCenter 上執行下列命令，將所有檔案和子目錄的擁有權變更為「vsphere-ui users“ - 尋找 /etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity/com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000 
    xargs chown vsphere-ui:users
  10. 若啟用 VCHA，請將其置於維護模式，以防止容錯移轉。
  11. 將受影響的 vCenter 虛擬機器重新開機，並等待附掛程式載入。
  12. 確認 vSphere Client 中有 VSAN 附掛程式標籤。
