问题：升级到 4.7.x 版本 （VCSA 6.7） 后，HTML5 客户端中缺少 VSAN 选项卡

 

Cause

目录”com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000“可能在以下位置缺失 vsphere-client-serenity 目录。

 

Resolution

要解决此问题，请遵循以下解决方法：

  1. 通过 SSH 连接到受影响的 vCenter
  2. 切换到目录： /etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity
  3. 确认目录”com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000“缺失。
  4. 创建一个名为”com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000”
  5. 通过 SSH 连接到正常工作的 vCenter
  6. 确认目录”/etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity/com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000设备上存在“文件夹。
  7. 使用 WinSCP 连接到正常工作的 vCenter 并复制”com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000“复制到本地计算机。
  8. 将文件从本地计算机复制到受影响 vCenter 上新创建的目录。

    xargs chown vsphere-ui:users
