升级到 4.7.x 版本 （VCSA 6.7） 后，HTML5 客户端中缺少 VSAN 选项卡。

 

Cause

而 com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000 目录中可能缺少 vsphere-client-serenity 目录下看到一个新的 res 目录。

Resolution

要解决此问题，请遵循以下解决方法：

  1. 通过 SSH 连接到受影响的 vCenter
  2. 切换到目录： /etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity。
  3. 确认目录 com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000 不见了。
  4. 创建一个名为 com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000。
  5. 通过 SSH 连接到正常工作的 vCenter。
  6. 确认目录 /etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity/com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000 在设备上存在。
  7. 使用 WinSCP 连接到正常工作的 vCenter 并将 com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000 内容添加到本地计算机。
  8. 将文件从本地计算机复制到受影响 vCenter 上新创建的目录。
  9. 在受影响的 vCenter 上运行以下命令，将所有文件和子目录的所有权更改为 vsphere-ui users。
    查找 /etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity/com.vmware.vsphere.client.h5vsan-6.7.0.20000 
    xargs chown vsphere-ui:users
  10. 如果启用了 vcha，请将其置于 维护模式 以防止故障切换。
  11. 重新启动受影响的 vCenter 虚拟机并等待插件加载。
  12. 确认vSphere Client中存在VSAN插件选项卡。
