Symptoms

Cause
- NetWorker 伺服器無法解析儲存節點名稱。這可能是因為 DNS 或主機檔案中的問題所導致，視使用中的檔案而定。
Resolution
確認名稱解析。
1.在 NetWorker 伺服器上執行 nslookup 命令，以確認 NetWorker 儲存節點的 DNS 解析。
nslookup storage_node_name
注意：FQDN、短名稱和 IP 位址都應該正確解析。DNS 解析問題必須由網域管理員解決。
2.如果未使用 DNS，請確保 NetWorker 伺服器的作業系統主機檔案已更新，以包含 NetWorker 儲存節點的 IP 位址、FQDN 和短名稱。
