Symptoms

カメラとマイクがWindows 11またはWindows 10で機能しない。この問題は、デスクトップ、ノートパソコン、タブレットを含むすべてのタイプのデバイスで発生します。これは周辺機器の問題でも、Windowsの問題でもありません。これは、MicrosoftがWindows 10 RS4 April 2018 Update以降のバージョンで実装した新しいプライバシーの変更の結果であり、カメラやマイクなどのデバイスへのアクセスが取り消されます。

Cause

Resolution

  1. カメラとマイクのドライバーがデバイス マネージャーの下にインストールされているかどうかを確認します。
  2. Windows 11またはWindows 10の［プライバシー設定］に移動し、アプリケーションがカメラとマイクにアクセスできるようになっていることを確認します。
  3. [スタート]に移動し、[設定]>[プライバシー>カメラ]を選択します。

  4. [スタート]に移動し、[設定]>[プライバシー>マイク]を選択します。
