Symptoms

Camera en microfoon werken niet in Windows 11 of Windows 10. Dit probleem doet zich voor op elk type apparaat, inclusief desktops, laptops en tablets. Het is geen probleem met de randapparatuur of een probleem in Windows. Dit is het gevolg van de nieuwe privacywijzigingen die Microsoft heeft doorgevoerd in de Windows 10 RS4 April 2018 Update en nieuwere versies die de toegang tot apparaten zoals de camera en microfoon intrekken.

Cause

De privacy-instellingen voor camera en microfoon in Windows 11 of Windows 10 kunnen voorkomen dat apps en websites deze gebruiken. Met de privacyinstellingen kun je bepalen welke apps en websites je camera of microfoon mogen gebruiken.

Resolution

  1. Controleer of de camera- en microfoondrivers zijn geïnstalleerd onder apparaatbeheer.
  2. Ga naar de privacy-instellingen in Windows 11 of Windows 10 en controleer of de applicatie is ingeschakeld om toegang te krijgen tot de camera en microfoon.
  3. Ga naar Start en selecteer vervolgens Instellingen>Privacycamera>.

  4. Ga naar Start en selecteer vervolgens Instellingen>Privacymicrofoon>.
