Symptoms

Klawiatura komputera (wbudowana lub podłączona klawiatura zewnętrzna) nie reaguje na wprowadzanie. Podczas pisania w systemie Windows 11 lub Windows 10 przez głośniki słychać klikanie klawiatury. Klawiatura zewnętrzna również nie działa, objawy są takie same. Klawiatura ekranowa działa.

Resolution

Wykonaj następujące czynności w systemie Windows 11 i 10, aby wyłączyć filtrów:

  1. Otwórz Ustawienia:

    Kliknij przycisk Start , a następnie ikonę Ustawienia (ikonę zębatki).

  2. Przejdź do sekcji Ułatwienia dostępu:

    W systemie Windows 10 wybierz opcję Ułatwienia dostępu. W systemie Windows 11 wybierz opcję Ułatwienia dostępu.

  3. Wybierz klawiaturę:

    Wybierz opcję Klawiatura z menu po lewej stronie.

  4. Wyłącz filtrów:

    Zlokalizuj filtrów i przełącz je do pozycji wyłączonej .

  5. Opcjonalnie:

    Wyłącz skrót klawiaturowy:

    • W przypadku przypadkowego włączenia filtrów wyłącz skrót, który je aktywuje.

    • W obszarze Klucze filtrów kliknij opcję Konfiguruj klucze filtrów. 

    • Następnie wyczyść pole, które mówi; Włącz filtrów, gdy prawy SHIFT zostanie naciśnięty przez 8 sekund.
