Notice how some of the storage array and especially Symmetrix here is "unmanaged"
Here are the steps along with the screenshot from our lab server, how to make it "Managed"

  1. Open Control Panel:
    Control Panel

  2. Select Program and Features
    Programs and Features

  3. Select PowerPath and choose modify/Change which opens the installer prompt:
    PowerPath Setup Welcome

  4. Click Next and follow the select change:
    Change, repair, or remove installation

Which takes you to Custom Setup:
    Custom Setup

  5. You can now Expand the Storage Array support, If not already and Also expand Dell Storage Arrays which display all the storage array that are supported under PowerPath:
    Custom Setup

  6. Then you can further use the small down key near any of the storages. For Example here, let us take Symmetrix. It further show two options:

    • Will be installed on local hard drive
    • Entire feature will be installed on local hard drive
    Custom Setup Options

If you want all the Dell Storage array to be managed (which essentially is the default), you can do the same at the Dell Storage Array drop down as well:
    Custom Setup Options

  7. Once Completed, Select next
Ready to change Dell EMC PowerPath 6.4

  8. Click Change which completes the necessary changes:
    Changing Dell EMC PowerPath 6.4

  9. Post which you should see this where in you can select "Finish"
    Completed message

Post finish you get a window asking for Reboot, select to reboot the Server Since the Changes have to be implemented in the Server level which then make the Storage array disks visible in PowerPath.

Post reboot when you run powermt display options, this is how the output looks:
