Avamar Bare Metal Recovery (BMR) failied with an error when trying to retrieve the list of critical volume results:

Environment
Server model: HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Server
OS: Windows Server 2016 Standard
Firmware: UEFI
Avamar BMR wizard: Avamar_Windows_BMR_Wizard_x64_WinPE10-7.4.101-58.iso and AvamarWindowsBMRWizard_x64_WinPE10-7.5.101-101.iso
Cause
The server had an internal MicroSD card slot which was recognized as DISK 0 by the Avamar BMR wizard (WinPE).
BMR failed by this behavior.
Disk LUNs ware recognized from DISK 1 by Avamar BMR wizard (WinPE).
BMR failed by this behavior.
Disk LUNs ware recognized from DISK 1 by Avamar BMR wizard (WinPE).
Resolution
- Disable the MicroSD card slot in the server's settings.
- The disk LUN should then be recognized as DISK 0 and Avamar BMR will complete successfully.
