Symptoms

驗證期間，VxRail Manager 出現錯誤 "Please wait for the previous instance to complete."

Cause

如果第一次 VxRail 驗證未成功完成，則此錯誤將會在下次嘗試時顯示。
 

Resolution

  1. 登入正在執行 VxRail Manager 的主機的 iDRAC 主控台，然後使用 root 使用者。
  2. 關閉 VxRail Manager 電源。 
    vxrail-primary --stop
  3. 使用 ESXi DCUI 命令銷毀 VxRail Manager。 
    vxrail-primary --destroy
  4. 將 ESXi 主機重新開機。  
  5. 使用命令再次設定 VxRail Manager： 
    vxrail-primary --setup
  6. 繼續執行解決步驟：再次設定 VxRM IP，以進入部署精靈並執行部署步驟。
    如果問題仍然存在，請在另一個節點上執行 VxRail Manager;這樣應該可以解決問題。
