Symptoms

备份看似运行成功，但存储过程 （master.dbo.emc_run_backup） 报告失败，说明以下事件：

错误消息：

Successfully converted from group id to AG name.

149283:ddbmsqlsv: Start secondary backup job failed. host: <hostname>. error: Setting notification event failed on host: <hostname>.
85942:ddbmsqlsv: Stopping Federated backup - No jobs were started successfully. Unable to complete the federated backup.


 

Cause

SQL Server 代理作业在与 SQL Server 代理服务关联的用户的上下文中运行。此用户帐户具有所有必要的权限（SQL Server 上的本地管理员，根据 Microsoft App Agent 指南的完整 Windows Management Instrumentation （WMI） 权限）。从以此用户身份登录（与 SQL Server 代理服务关联）登录的 SQL Server Management Studio （SSMS） 插件运行时，备份也有效。

当备份用户不是本地管理员时，他们缺少所需的WMI 权限。这就解释了为什么备份在使用已登录用户帐户的 UI 上成功，但在使用 SQL 服务帐户的 SQL 中失败。

Resolution

确认用户在本地管理员组中，并根据需要添加 SQL 服务帐户。验证“ 作为批处理作业登录 ”或“ 作为服务登录 ”权限，通常从本地管理员状态授予;如果不存在，则手动添加。如果问题仍然存在，请重新启动 SQL 服务或重新启动服务器以完全应用本地管理员权限。
