get_info.sh 忽略 scli 登录和所有 scli 主 MDM 上的命令。
 get_info_run.log 显示以下内容：

04/08 17:03:00.024597: main:2247: Skipping login

 

情况说明

在主 MDM 上收集 getInfoDump
scli 登录正常，没有问题。
MDM 端口处于打开状态。

失踪 scli 主 MDM 的 getInfoDump 中的输出。

 

根本原因

get_info.sh 使用 netstat 用于在运行之前检查主 MDM 的 TCP 端口是否正在侦听的命令 scli 登录名和命令。如果 netstat 命令（在 net-tools rpm） 时，则 get_info.sh 跳过任何 scli 命令从阵列检索较旧的数据。

 

解决方法

安装 net-tools 打包并运行 get_info.sh 再。

、3.0.x

已修复问题的版本

此问题已在 3.5 中得到修复，该版本使用 netstat 或 ss 用于检查侦听端口的命令。如果两者都未安装， get_info.sh 报告以下内容并跳过 scli 登录名和命令：

'netstat' and 'ss' commands not found on the server - can't find mdm_pid...
