Cause

De onjuiste machtigingen zijn geconfigureerd voor de /data01/serverdr_staging/postgres_pwd Directory. De oorzaak van de onjuiste machtigingen is niet bekend.

Resolution

Werk de machtigingen bij voor de /data01/serverdr_staging/postgres_pwd Directory.

  • Open een SSH-sessie naar PowerProtect Data Manager en verifieer met het beheerdersaccount.
  • Gebruik de su Opdracht geven en verifiëren met het root-wachtwoord: sudo su
  • Update the postgres_pwd directory permissions:chmod 777 postgres_pwd
  • Update the postgres_pwd directory owner: chown admin:admin postgres_pwd
