Cause

Resolution

Şunlar için izinleri güncelleştirin: /data01/serverdr_staging/postgres_pwd dizini.

  • PowerProtect Data Manager da bir SSH oturumu açın ve yönetici hesabıyla kimliğinizi doğrulayın.
  • Video (Video) öğesini vurgulamak için su komutunu çalıştırın ve kök parolayla kimlik doğrulaması yapın: sudo su
  • Update the postgres_pwd directory permissions:chmod 777 postgres_pwd
  • Update the postgres_pwd directory owner: chown admin:admin postgres_pwd
