Symptoms

Azure上のWindowsファイル システムでは、ファイルをスキップしますが、これを行うNetWorkerディレクティブはありません。

デバッグ セーブ出力に次の内容が表示される 
87713:save: Found prototype specification for '\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy1288\': skip : hiberfil.sys
87713:save: Found prototype specification for '\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy1288\Areas Compartidas\':+ skip : *.*

Cause

バックアップ ファイル システムはAzureストレージ ボリューム上にあります。システムはVSSライター「同期共有サービス ライター」を使用します。設計上、ファイルはスキップされます。

これが原因であることを確認するには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. 管理者としてコマンド プロンプトを開き、次のコマンドを実行します。 
C:\>  DISKSHADOW /l writers.txt
DISKSHADOW>   LIST WRITERS DETAILED
DISKSHADOW> exit
  1. writers.txtの出力ファイルを確認します。以下のメッセージが表示された場合は、問題が確認されます。
* WRITER "Sync Share Service Writer"
.////
and that writer contains Components with affected drive 
            - Components:
            - File List: Path = J:\DataFiles, Filespec = *.*
            - Paths affected by this component:
                - J:\DataFiles
            - Volumes affected by this component:
                               - \\?\Volume{c34a534a-63a2-4aee-b47a-e2092dc7a901}\ [J:\]

Resolution

回避 策：
次のコマンドを使用して、Azureストレージ ボリュームをバックアップするためにVSSをオフにします。 
VSS:*off
