Symptoms

対象となるシステム: 

  • DD6400

ネットワーク カード(NIC)を設定できないか、アクセスできません。
システムは、「無効なハードウェア構成」を報告するアラート(ENVIRONMENT-00049)を生成します。

Cause

他のDell製品用に追加またはオプションのカードが購入され、誤ってDD6400に取り付けられている。
サポートされているNICのリストを以下に示します。 
サポートされる NIC

メモ: QLogic 41164(PN: 0HY9T)はサポートされていません。


NICのスロット5、7、8のパーツ ナンバーは次のとおりです。 

  • DDJKYまたはPGRFV: 「CRD、NTWK、4X10G、SFP+、インテル」
  • HN7J7: 「CRD、NTWK、DP、INTEL、25G、SFP」
  • K5V44: 「CRD、NTWK、10G BASE-T、QP、INTEL」

Resolution

DDユニットの電源をオフにし、サポートされていないネットワーク カードを取り外します。
サポートされているNICに交換します。
