Symptoms

Sistemas afectados: 

  • DD6400

No se puede configurar la tarjeta de red (NIC) ni acceder a ella.
El sistema genera una alerta (ENVIRONMENT-00049) que informa "una configuración de hardware no válida":

Las tarjetas de E/S muestran una configuración incorrecta en las ranuras Eth/NIC afectadas:

Cause

Se compraron tarjetas adicionales u opcionales para otros productos Dell y se instalaron en el DD6400 por error.
A continuación, se proporciona la lista de NIC compatibles. 
NIC compatibles

NOTA: QLogic 41164 (n.° de referencia: 0HY9T) NO es compatible.


NIC Los números de pieza de las ranuras 5, 7 y 8 son los siguientes: 

  • DDJKY o PGRFV: "CRD, NTWK, 4X10G, SFP+, INTEL"
  • HN7J7: "CRD, NTWK, DP, INTEL, 25G, SFP"
  • K5V44: "CRD, NTWK, 10G BASE-T, QP, INTEL"

Resolution

Apague la unidad DD y quite las tarjetas de red no compatibles.
Reemplácelas por NIC compatibles.
