Symptoms

Berörda system: 

  • DD6400

Det går inte att konfigurera eller använda nätverkskortet (NIC).
Systemet genererar en varning (ENVIRONMENT-00049) som rapporterar "en ogiltig maskinvarukonfiguration":

Cause

Ytterligare kort och/eller tillvalskort köptes för andra Dell-produkter och installerades i DD6400 av misstag.

NIC-kort som stöds

Obs! QLogic 41164 (PN: 0HY9T) stöds INTE.

  • DDJKY eller PGRFV: "CRD, NTWK, 4 × 10 G, SFP+, INTEL"
  • HN7J7: "CRD,NTWK,DP,INTEL,25G,SFP"
  • K5V44: "CRD,NTWK,10G BASE-T,QP,INTEL"

Resolution

Stäng av DD-enheten och ta bort nätverkskorten som inte stöds.
Ersätt dem med nätverkskort som stöds.
