Avamar: Find and Download Hotfix, Patch, Installation, or Upgrade Package from Dell Support

Instructions

Preliminary steps:

  1. Click Dell Support to go to the Dell Support Site for the Avamar product.
  2. Sign in to the support site with your Dell credentials:

  1. Follow one of the steps below based on your scenario:
If the hotfix number is known, search by that number:
  1. Enter the hotfix number into the keyword field, review the results, and click Download.

If the package name is known, search by that name:
  1. Select Avamar Server from the drop-down menu, click Submit, and Continue

Note: Optionally, filter by the Avamar Version number as shown below:

  1. Enter the package name in to the keyword field:
