스캔을 초기화하기 전에 바코드 스캐너가 바코드를 미리 조준하면 바코드를 제대로 인식하지 못하거나 바코드를 전혀 인식하지 못할 수 있습니다.
Cause
RCC 소프트웨어 문제가 원인입니다.
Resolution
해결 방법:
스캔이 시작되는 동안 바코드 스캐너가 바코드를 조준하지 않으면 나중에 스캐너를 바코드로 이동할 때 바코드가 제대로 스캔됩니다.
이전 RCC v4.2.77.0에서는 이 문제가 나타나지 않습니다.
해결 방법:
이 문제는 2023년 8월에 Rugged Control Center 애플리케이션 버전 4.6.48.0이 릴리스되면서 해결되었습니다.
