Symptoms

새 정책을 생성할 때 스토리지 유닛을 생성하지 못합니다.

UI에서: 
CFG0001: xxx: Unable to configure the protection policy because of the following error: Failed to connect to PowerProtect DD System. errorNum: 5007 errorMessage: operation is not implemented
작업 로그에서 다음을 수행합니다. 
ddboost.log: 2023-08-11T23:15:17.931Z ERROR [] [pool-26-thread-1] [00000000-0000-4000-b000-000000000000][][][TRACE_ID:81a3388041e49793;JOB_ID:9ea4884359c07119][plc.id:2eab4e3d,asset.id:,pcs.id:] ddboost.log(52) -  severity:1 msg:[D688:7FF690077BA0] ddp_connect_with_config() failed, Hostname: xxx, Err: 5007-nfs ddp getinfo failed (nfs: Operation not supported) 
네트워크 문제 및 인증서 문제가 없으며 이미 sysadmin을 사용하여 Data Domain을 추가했는지 확인했습니다(검색이 제대로 작동함).

Cause

Data Domain NFS 서비스가 비활성화됩니다.
비활성화된 것으로 표시되는 DD System Manager

Resolution

Data Domain UI에서 "ENABLE"을 클릭하여 NFSv3를 활성화합니다.
