Symptoms

När du skapar en ny policy går det inte att skapa lagringsenheten.

CFG0001: xxx: Unable to configure the protection policy because of the following error: Failed to connect to PowerProtect DD System. errorNum: 5007 errorMessage: operation is not implemented
Från jobbloggen:

Bekräftat att det inte finns något nätverksproblem, inget certifikatproblem, använder redan sysadmin för att lägga till Data Domain (identifieringen fungerar bra).

Cause

Data Domain NFS-tjänsten är inaktiverad.
DD System Manager visar att den är inaktiverad

Resolution

I Data Domain-gränssnittet klickar du på "ENABLE" för att aktivera NFSv3.
