  • Palvelun uudelleenkäynnistys tai SDDC Managerin uudelleenkäynnistys ei poista näitä tehtäviä.
  • Tehtäviä ei voi poistaa käyttämällä Broadcomin artikkelia Epäonnistuneen työnkulun poistaminen VMware Cloud Foundationissa (ulkoinen linkki), koska se näyttää virheen error code:"TA_TASK_NOT_FOUND"

Cause

Varmuuskopiointityönkulun virheen vuoksi näkyy vanhentuneita tehtäviä, ja myös muissa työnkuluissa voi olla ongelmia.

Seuraa tehtäväluetteloa ja virhelokeja selvittääksesi, mitkä ovat epäonnistuneet.

Resolution

Voit ratkaista tämän ongelman korjaamalla varmuuskopioinnin määritysvirheen SDDC Managerissa. Vanhentuneen tehtävän tilaksi tulee Failed, kun varmuuskopiointi on valmis.

Tässä ei tarvita lisätoimia tehtävien tyhjentämiseksi.
