Symptoms

Windows NMC Client에서 브라우저를 통해 NMC(NetWorker Management Console) 사이트 주소를 방문하면 아래 메시지가 표시됩니다. 동일한 VLAN에 NMC 클라이언트와 NMC 서버 둘 다

Cause

NetWorker 사전 요구 사항 Linux 방화벽에서 NMC 클라이언트와 NMC/NetWorker Server 간의 방화벽 포트(9000,9001,5432)가 업데이트되지 않았습니다.

다음 포트는 PowerShell을 사용하여 NMC 클라이언트에서 연결할 수 없습니다.

tnc NMC-SERVER-HOSTNAME -p 포트

Resolution

Linux 관리자는 NMC 서버의 방화벽에서 관련 포트를 업데이트해야 합니다.
