ジョブ ログから、次のキー エラーを確認できます。
BackupVmSessions-bdc746da-d21b-494c-a561-9f1fc2bcb122.log: 2024-03-21T17:15:39.743Z ERROR: [9e1eb0ca37063d14;a102d2829478e32c] SDM Data Mover: SDM Full Sync: The vCenter task for 'SDM Snapshot Sync fullSync' completed with state 'error'. TSDM Error Code: <ObjectReadError>, TSDM Error Message: <Protected entity disk read error. Error message: The requested system was too busy to execute the operation.>.
Cause
この仮想マシンが配置されているVMwareデータストアにディスクの問題があります。
Resolution
解決策:
お客様は、VMwareサポートに連絡して問題を確認してから、ストレージ ベンダーと連携してディスクの問題を修正することができます。
VMware ESXiログに、次のようなエラーが表示されます。
回避策:
お客様は、この影響を受けたVMのストレージ移行を実行できます。
移行が成功すれば、その後バックアップが機能します。
移行も失敗した場合は、VMwareサポートにお問い合わせください。
