- Reference GeoDrive Knowledge Article for log collection:
Response: Error Http: 503 - The service is temporarily overloaded. Cache-Control: no-cache Connection: close Proxy-Connection: close Pragma: no-cache Content-Length: 28983 Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8 X-XSS-Protection: 1
ECS does not have any record of GeoDrive sending this GET request, in "dataheadsvc.log" service logs.
Cause
The issue arose from the operating system setting for a default proxy, which the user had modified in Windows. Therefore, GeoDrive used this proxy to connect to ECS.
By default, GeoDrive honors this configuration set by the default operating system proxy.
To display the current default proxy in Windows, run the following command using PowerShell or Window Command Lined (CMD).
Command Example:
c:\> netsh winhttp show proxy
Output:
Current WinHTTP proxy settings:
Direct access (no proxy server).
Resolution
If there is a default proxy defined, GeoDrive should not use it. The following configuration change in GeoDrive should be made so GeoDrive always goes direct and ignores the proxy configuration.
- In GeoDrive, click the Hosts toolbar button.
- Double-click the host entry used.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Click the "Configure Proxy Server" button.
- Clear "Use Default proxy…" checkbox.
- Confirm that all fields are BLANK.

- Click OK, OK.
