Symptoms

De PowerProtect Data Manager voor Microsoft Application Agent wordt gebruikt om Microsoft SQL Server-databases te beschermen. Microsoft SQL Server databaseback-ups mislukken met ABA0002, wat een fout aangeeft bij het openen van de lockbox. 
ABA0002: MY_MSSQL_POLICY: Unable to backup MICROSOFT_SQL_DATABASE asset MY_DATABASE on my-server.my-domain.com to storage target MY_MSSQL_POLICY_STORAGE because of an agent issue.

The protection policy backup was unsuccessful because of an agent issue.

Review the error message for a resolution. If there is no resolution, and the issue persists, contact Dell Customer Support.

The protection policy configuration was unsuccessful because the Agent failed with the following error: Error encountered while retrieving information from the lockbox 'C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox\agents.clb' The Lockbox contains no entries.

Cause

De agent.clb Lockbox-informatie is beschadigd. De oorzaak van de corruptie is niet bekend.

Resolution

Naam van de agent.clb lockbox-bestand om de inhoud opnieuw te maken.

  1. Verifieer bij de Microsoft Application Agent Client die het symptoom ervaart.
  2. Ga in Windows Verkenner naar de map lockbox (C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox).
  3. Wijzig de naam van de bestaande agents.clb Bestand naar agents.clb.old.
  4. Start de Dell VM Direct Agent service met behulp van de Services-console (services.msc).
  5. Start een Microsoft Application Agent SQL Agent-back-up om de agents.clb Lockbox-inhoud.
